Located in the Selangor state of Malaysia is the city of Sepang known for being one of the most popular cities in Selangor and one of the more popular Malaysian tourist destinations.

Visit the Sepang International Circuit

The Sepang International Circuit is one of the most popular attractions in the city. Built in 1999, this racing circuit is an internationally recognized racing track and in fact hosts the Formula One Malaysian Grand Prix. Spanning a length of 5.543km and comprising several tight corners and challenging bends, this track truly is one of the best places to watch racing in the Southeast Asian region. Apart from Formula One, the Sepang International Circuit also hosts Malaysian Motocross Grand Prix and A1 Grand Prix, so keep an eye out for these events while you are in Sepang. The track also features kart racing and many other facilities, making it a must-visit attraction.

If you want to shop while in Sepang then head over to gateway@klia2. This large shopping complex is located between the Main Terminal of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and the drop-off point, and is one of Sepang's hottest shopping attractions. Although primarily a shopping mall, gateway@klia2 also boasts a range of dining options and offers many other services, thus making it a great place to visit even if you aren't keen on shopping too much.
