An elegant Art Deco Bronze Hoop Dancing Girl in the style of D'Alonzo
This is a charming Art Deco style bronze sculpture of a semi-nude woman dancing with a hoop in the manner of Dominique De Alonzo.
It is in fact a beautifully executed recast of the original piece and is impressed with the replica foundry mark and a replica signature of D'Alonzo.
This is an example of a high quality hot cast bronze, which is solid and which was cast using the traditional "lost wax" process which is sometimes also called the "cire perdue" method.

A splendid Art Deco Style Bronze Cabaret Dancer After Chiparus
This is a bronze sculpture depicting an exotic cabaret dancer dressed in the 1920's Art Deco style. The sculpture is a recast of the original and it is marked with a replica foundry mark and carries the signature of DH Chiparus.
The sculpture is set on an attractive coloured marble base and is very lifelike. It is in excellent condition and stands some 50cm in height. The piece weighs 7.6Kb.
