Here is a list of my favorite CREATION Apps!
Pic Collage is SUPER simple and quick! It is my go to app when I want the students to create something quickly in class. Pic Collage tends to be overused, so a few times this year I have asked my students to get out of their comfort zone and find a different app. Once they embraced the challenge they did a great job finding alternatives.
Thinglink is a great creation app that has so many possibilities! Students have a background picture that they put "targets" on that are links to other media, apps and content. Thinglink is not as simple as Pic Collage, but it won't take long for students to begin creating.
Google Slides is another great creating app that is super simple to use and is great for App Smashing. Anything that you can get to your camera roll you can use as part of your Slides presentation.
Students have to use a computer to change the background color on Slides.
Great for projects that need to be in linear format. Another quick and simple app to use. Has a very professional look to it.
Want to take iPad drawings to the next level? Paper 53 has a lot of drawing tools that students can make neat, clean and precise drawings. Great for App Smashing!
Great for quick and simple sketches. Not as many drawing tools, but still effective for most projects. Another great app for smashing!
This is my go to app when students are scanning QR Codes! Students scan QR Codes in my room for many different things.
1. QR Code Scavenger Hunts
2. Note taking
3. Quickly get them to media that I would like to view or use
Fast and easy way for students to create their own QR Codes on their iPads.
I love this App! It does not matter if you are 5 or 95, it is SO FUN! Students are able to make a picture talk. Super simple to use!
Tellagami is a great App for letting students SHOW their learning. It is fun for the kids to use and not difficult to put together.
