Olympus Pro 300mm F4

Olympus Pro 300mm F4

Olympus claims that the Olympus M. Zuiko 300mm Pro F4 is the sharpest and best lens they have ever made. And based on the sample images I have seen, I am inclined to agree. The sharpness of the photos is just mind bobbling. Since this is part of the micro 4/3rds system the zoom is actually equivalent 600mm. It is a prime lens. This is Olympus's only lens in the micro 4/3rds system that has image stabilization built in to the lens. Combined with the OM-D E-M1 and OM-D E-M5 mark ii, there is sync stabilization, meaning the stabilization will work in both the lens and the camera. Working together the camera and the lens achieve six axis image stabilization, the most powerful ever. It is compatible with the 1.4 teleconverter which can make it reach a shocking 840mm. The only downside of this lens is its extremely heavy weight of 4.8 pounds. For more information about this beauty check Amazon.

Olympus M.Zuiko 45mm F1.8

Olympus M.Zuiko 45mm F1.8

The Olympus M.Zuiko F1.8 is one of Olympus's flagship prime lenses, mainly due to its sharpness and very low price. Being part of the micro 4/3rds system, the focal length is equivalent to a whopping 90mm, which really great for an F1.8 lens. It allows you to take photographs of subjects that are far away and still get extremely sharp photos and good bokeh. The 1.8 also allows you to shoot in low light conditions. It is compatible with all the Olympus and Panasonic micro 4/3rds bodies and has 4 axis image stabilization. It has all of this at the super low price tag of 399$ That is an astounding price for a lens that is equivalent to 90mm and f 1.8. You wont find anything cheaper than that. For more information about this lens see Amazon.

Olympus M.Zuiko 75mm f1.8

Olympus M.Zuiko 75mm f1.8

The Olympus M.Zuiko 75mm f1.8 is an extremely high quality piece of glass. It has a focal length that is equivalent to 150mm since it is part of the micro 4/3rds system. A 150mm lens with f 1.8 is a very amazing and unique lens. It allows for zoom photos with very good bokeh because of the f1.8 aperture. It can also be used in very low light conditions. All those factors make it a very great wildlife photography lens. It has a full metal build, making it very resistant to weather, another reason this lens can be very good for wildlife photography. It has all of these features for a measly price of 850$. For 150mm and f.18 that price is extremely cheap. It makes it easily in the budget of lots of photographers. Olympus Pro 40-150mm F2.8

Olympus Pro 40-150mm F2.8

The Olympus Pro 40-150 is one of Olympus's best and sharpest lenses. It has a professional metal build which can take a lot of scratches and hits. It is also dust proof, splash proof, and freeze proof, meaning it can be shot in the harshest and most unforgiving conditions. Even with all this sturdy and metal build, this lens only weighs 1.94 pounds, which is very impressive. Since the Olympus Pro 40-150mm F2.8 is part of the micro four/thirds system, this lens's zoom is actually equivalent to 80-300. It is compatible with mc-14 teleconverter, making its zoom equivalent to 112-420. Another thing very impressive about this lens is its aperture of 2.8. A 2.8 aperture for something that is equivalent to 300mm is spectacular. The 2.8 aperutre allows you to shoot in extremely low-light conditions and also allows you to get a very great bokeh. Olympus 12-40mm F2.8 Pro

The Olympus 12-40mm F2.8 Pro is one of Olympus's sharpest and quickest lenses. Since it is part of the Olympus Pro system, it will produce really sharp images because it is made with the highest quality Olympus glass. Another great thing about this lens is the fast aperture of 2.8 This aperture allows you to shoot in really low light conditions because when the aperture is that high, you can make the shutter faster. The 2.8 aperture also allows for great bokeh (blur in the background). Since it is part of the micro four/thirds system, the zoom is equivalent to 24-80mm. Since it is a Pro lens, it has metal build and is dust proof, splash proof, and freeze proof. For more about the Olympus 12-40mm F2.8 Pro, see Amazon.
