Rationale: I chose this resource/image because it relates to physical education and being able to know about one's own body. It is very easy to navigate. This resource is also appealing to look at and find your information and definitely gives specific information.

Description: This resource is focused on describing the game of badminton. It gives specific information on how to serve, keep track of points, and talks about the court.
Rationale: I chose this resource because I want my future class to be able to know how to play (rules and guidelines) badminton before they get to class. It has very specific information on the rules. It is appealing to see and it is easy for people to navigate and understand the rules.

Description: This resource focuses on square dancing. It gives specific descriptions, performance videos, and the different vocab terms involved.
Rationale: I chose this resource because rhythmic activity is very important in physical education. It has very important and specific information on how to square dance and it is appealing to the eye with different videos shared to watch. It is very easy to navigate (it is split up into sections).

Description: This resource focuses on teaching one how to do proper yoga with small descriptions of each pose.
Rationale: I chose this resource because yoga will be needed for kids to do at home to stretch out their sore muscles. It has specific information on each yoga pose and it is appealing to the eye because it shows each pose. Very easy to navigate and understand how to do these different poses.

Description: This resource focuses on different types of jump rope activities and give a jump rope workout.
Rationale: I chose this resource because it tells how to do specific jumps and gives a great endurance workout. It has specific information on the time limit for each jump and gives other sites to go to if one needs to have more information on a specific jump. Not as appealing to look at, but it is very easy to navigate and keep track of one's time.

Rationale: I chose this resource because it shows how to do different activities in basketball and is a good way to stay physically active. It gives specific information using different tabs to click on. It could be more appealing to the eye by adding a few more pictures. This is easy to navigate using the different tabs.

Rationale: I chose this resource because it will help students focus on the small things (breathing/body alignment) when working out. This is very specific with all different types of things to focus on while performing. The setup of this resource is pretty appealing and easy to look at. It is very easy to navigate different stretches/workouts.

Rationale: I chose this because it is important for our students to know and understand the different parts of the body. This gives many specific details not only on the different types of bones, but also about how many bones we have. This is appealing to the eye with a good amount of pictures to give that visual representation. This resource is easy to navigate the different types of bones.

Rationale: I chose this because people need to be aware, when they are lifting, on how to properly lift so one doesn't get hurt. This gives very specific descriptions on different types of lifts, but needs more pictures on how to lift. This is easy to navigate with different links within the resource.

Rationale: I chose this because swimming is a great workout and recovery for anyone. It is also easy to navigate with different links within this resource.
