In keeping with the restaurant’s ‘progressive Indian’ concept, the Kulfi found here is a crispy, deep fried version of the ice cream that offers popping candy inside for an explosive surprise.

The Chawan Mushi brings traditional Japanese treats in yet another exciting fashion. Although in actuality Chawan Mushi is a savoury dish the one you find in Zuma is in fact sweet. Utilizing the steamed egg custard concept that you find in the typical Chawan Mushi an exciting dessert is created where layers of custard of varying flavours is piled atop one another ending with a sort of foam layered with fresh papaya which creates the illusion of a mousse. Chocolate samosa’s are made using fine filo pastry that is rolled into elegant quenelles, stuffed with a thick, rich intriguingly spiced chocolate sauce. It is hardly cheap this treat but it is definitely worth the experience.
