The Cheong Fun rice rolls are by far the restaurants most famous dish; it is in fact the deciding factor that draws crowds away from the more popular fast food outlets. The rolls made out of rice flour are coloured bright red and come with a prawn tucked in the middle. The crispy rolls are dipped in sauce to make an excellent bite. A deliciously sweet breakfast Ryoog Yerana is a typical Emirati food that consists of a fluffy omelette that's folded over sweet dates. Accompanied with bread the dish is sweet and salty. A dessert to satisfy any sweet tooth Milk and Honey is a signature dessert at the modern Lebanese restaurant – Qbara. Reservations are hard to come by so do try to bag one in advance. The dish is made up of Greek yoghurt, sumac panna cotta with some honey and saffron pashmak. Once plated it's a golden tower that's quite beautiful; tasting sweet, creamy and tart with the swirl of golden Turkish pashmak crowning the top.
