The charming peninsula of Redcliffe offers all the allures of a seaside resort; such as beautiful Moreton Bay, breezes wafting off the ocean, cosy cafes with fresh seafood and loads of holiday fun.
The vibrant Jetty Markets of Redcliffe take place every Sunday from 8 am to 3 pm at the Marine Parade and Anzac Place Parklands. Just about anything and everything is available there. Enjoy a thorough browse amongst many goodies; such as hippie clothing, bonsai trees, handmade jewellery, soaps, fragrances, t-shirts and paintings. You can also pick up some fresh fruit and vegetables while plenty of entertainment such as face painting, buskers, jugglers and musicians are available. If you do get a hankering for a quick bite try out some of the fast food stalls selling, corndogs, German sausages, hamburgers hot chips and slush puppies.
The jetty is the town's central attraction which has been an import factor to Redcliffe since the 1800's. It is quite common to see a wedding taking place at the scenic jetty while holidaymakers can look forward to enjoying long walks, indulging in a spot of fishing and photographing the lovely environs. On the subject of scenic locations be wise and select a Redcliffe hotel that offers gorgeous vistas of the Redcliffe Peninsula.
Even better are Brisbane holiday apartments, where modern kitchens, spacious living areas and entertainment consoles allow you to move to your own schedule. Overlooking beautiful Moreton Bay and 35 minutes from Brisbane's CBD is Oaks Mon Komo.

During the day the park is serviced by lifeguards and is wheelchair accessible. The waterpark consists of a kiddies play area, a wading pool and a deep pool. There are convenient amenities such as showers together with a lovely picnic area.
