Managing the customer assistance department at (Friendly Man and Van Rotherhithe, London) is tricky business at times. Looking after the interests of both customers and staff can put me in a difficult position every now and then but I am lucky to have the right training and experience to resolve different situations. At previous jobs I have learnt to keep things fair, and to be reasonable when faced with conflicts, disputes etc. Sometimes there is no easy way to pacify things so I have to be optimal not maximal in my decisions. I fully rely on my team and have complete faith in them.
