How large is my market?
Note when answering this the answer is NOT everyone (almost never that is)
How will I make money?
Who pays you? Explain gross margins~ Revenue and Profit. Show how will the business volume grow?
Ask this simple question to determine if you really understand your market value. So What? Why do they care? What value does my product bring to my audience? What can my customers do they couldn't do before? What can they do they couldn't before? What are they willing to pay for this value?
Why do I believe this is true? Is there a better answer/solution? Have I looked for it?
Assumptions are a big source of status quo thinking. Instead of glossing over the "knowns", ask yourself this series of questions about your decisions - especially around things you know to be true because of past experience.
