START UP TEAM HIRING Questions for Entrepreneurs.

What kind of culture do we want our new organization to have, and what competencies and attitudes should we be recruiting for to make that happen?

In a Start Up the discussion is often... should I identify & find one or two co-founders, with complimentary expertise?

There are dedicated websites exactly for this ~ meeting potential team members. Often team members come from recommendations of business associates (or friends) or people you have worked with in the past. Today social networks such as LI or G+ (even twitter/FB) bring to light team members who share your vision. Then when you find someone, ask them the right questions!
