Get ready to take on the challenge!
Train as a group under the supervision of our excellent personal trainer staff, Joyce, Erin, and Kevin. Participants will meet for 10 weeks with a weigh in and waist measurement on the first and last day. During the 10 weeks you will receive accountability and support from your fellow class members and expert program design administered by our trainers who will be implementing many of our new fitness equipment in these circuit-style classes.
