Any can that begins with the letters OC is part of the recall and should not be consumed in any manner. These products have been recalled because the cans may contain a certain bacteria known as Clostridium botulinum. It is very serious and can cause death.

Del Monte has announced that they have recalled Granny Smith Apples purchased at 7-11 stores and CoreMark and other Convenience stores in Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming.
