Adult Community Clinical Services | Bay Cove Human Services — Bay Cove Human Services

Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) is a community-based, clinically
focused service anchored by a multi-disciplinary team that provides
clinical coverage 24/7/365 to adults with mental illness living in, or
transitioning back into, the community.

Adult Community Clinical Services | North Suffolk Mental Health Association

The ACCS Program assists more than 450 adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness who have been referred by the Department of Mental Health and are in need of support for their recovery efforts.

Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence

Operates the ASAP (Asian Shelter & Advocacy Project), which provides 90-day emergency shelter; 14-day temporary safe home, community outreach and education; multilingual advocacy, comprehensive stabilization services for both residential and non-residential families. Including housing and legal advocacy, mental health counseling, English as a Second Language tutoring and a children's program.

Bay Cove: Bay Cove Human Services

Provides services to children and adults who face the life-long challenges of mental illness, drug and alcohol dependency, and developmental disabilities. Operates Bay Cove Academy, a 766-approved day school serving adolescents ages 12-21. Provides employment training through Bay Cove Consolidated Industries. Bay State Community Services

Bay State Community Services (BSCS) is one of the most comprehensive community-based human service agencies in the state. The purpose of BSCS is to improve the social functioning of adults, adolescents and children within a framework that recognizes the primary importance of family and community. Most programs offer help based on need, regardless of ability to pay. Intervention programs seek to prevent the further dependency on alcohol and other drugs, impact teens and adults charged with alcohol and drug-related offenses and/or violent behavior. These services link up with the district courts and the Norfolk County prison system to serve teens, women, and men on probation and parole who have substance abuse problems. Behavioral Health | Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program

The correlation between mental health and homelessness has been well documented, but the challenges to addressing the need are complex.

In 1994 BHCHP formed a special team to better respond. Today, this highly accomplished team includes psychiatrists, a clinical nurse specialist, psychologists, clinical social workers and licensed mental health counselors.

Boston Area Rape Crisis Center

Provides hotline crisis counseling, adolescent and family services, support groups, medical advocacy, and legal advocacy. Survivors of sexual assault receive 12 weeks of free counseling. Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program | Jean Yawkey Place

Primary care clinic with 10 examining rooms for primary care and four for behavioral health, plus podiatry, optometry, diabetes collaborative, HIV team, transgender clinic, suboxone clinic, women's health initiative, a dental clinic with five operatories: the dental clinic provides comprehensive dental services - including fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, and oral surgery. A behavioral health clinicians consult with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurses, often joining them in the examination room with a patient to address issues collaboratively. Two licensed mental health clinicians are available to meet with patients in crisis as needed. A medical respite care facility at Barbara McInnis House provides 102 beds for 24-hour, cost effective medical and recuperative services for patients with complex conditions like cancer, heart disease, pneumonia, and high-risk pregnancy.
