Ranveer Singh, yeah! Ranveer developed his very hot body for his movie Ramleela. He works out twice a day for an hour and a half each. His workout schedule includes 30 mins of weight training and 30 mins of cardio training. Whenever he gets time, he opts for running or swimming.

Arjun Rampal

Arjun Rampal is one of the fittest actors and has the best physique in Bollywood. He went through heavy workout sessions for two months for his role in the movie Ra.One. Arjun works out for 5 days in a week, where he focuses on basically two body parts in a day like chest, triceps, back, shoulder etc. He also does 2500 sit ups in a day.

Salman Khan

Hrithik Roshan has a hot and tanned body since his first Bollywood movie ‘Kaho Na Pyaar Hai’. Hrithik works out for two hours around 4 to 5 days in a week. An hour of brutal training in the morning followed by another hour in the evening. He avoids all fatty and fried food items and is very strict about his diet.

Farhan Akhtar

For the movie Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Farhan Akhtar had transformed his lean physique into an athletic body. Basically, Farhan has a lean body muscle mass and had to undergo a little bit of hard core training for 18 months. This helped his body to transform into a complete athletic physique, similar to the original character of Milkha Singh.

Farhan said that hardcore training has only 40% effect on the body, while the remaining 60% can be achieved by a proper sleep and diet routine. He also added that the muscles need time to recover and that everyone needs at least 8 hours of sleep to be fit and healthy.

Sonu Sood is very faithful when it comes to his strict work out plan. He does not miss his exercise even under unfavourable acting conditions and continues to run, jog or walk all he can. He also practices kick-boxing for 8-10 days every month.
