the happiest of Seattle hours

In my brief and broke time in Seattle, I've attempted to find good food and drink for good prices. Here's what I've found that's worth checking out. Capitol Hill-heavy, because that's where I live.
Manhattan
why it's good:
- longer HH than most (3 hours), with a second HH late night; 7 days a week and all day Monday
- spread of drinks on deal - beer, wine, cocktails; plus food
- other deals outside of regular HH including weekend breakfast HH
- good space for larger groups, plus they have Rail for easy splitting the tab
Poquitos
why it's good:
- basically all day "lunch" HH weekdays, 11a-6p, and 3 hour HH weekends
- large HH menu with deals on food, cocktails, beer & wine
- Mexican food.
- lots of space including a heated & covered 21+ patio
Alibi Room
why it's good:
- HH half price their entire pizza menu for personal pizzas, plus other food & drink deals
- great location in the market/alley, near the gum wall
- ambience: dark wood and dark corners

- you can watch them slice the salumi.

- all day HH. like you have to try to miss it.
- big HH menu with range of food & drink deals
