Here is a list of things to do on New Year's Day. What would you do?

Sometimes, watching TV after a late night out is a great thing to do. Let your body and mind recuperate and hit the accelerator again the next day. Watching football or soccer, skiing or ice-skating or simply a movie near an open fire with a nice snack can be just what the doctor ordered. What do you like to do?

Most likely you need to get rid of your hangover on New Year's Day. That is unless you did not drink, or kept the drinking to a minimum. Drinking a lot of water helps, particularly when after each glass of alcohol you drink a glass of water. Keeping it to clean and clear drinks rather than hard colored alcohol like Whiskey or Khalua will keep your headache to a minimum. What do you do?

Going out for a walk gets the blood moving and thus will help you recover from a late night with or without alcohol. The fresh air will do a ton of good and any exercise after the Holidays, most likely filled with lots of food and drinks will be a pleasant change to your system. What do you prefer?

Doing a Yoga class at the gym, for starters will get you out of the house and some fresh air. Stretching the muscles and doing breathing exercises are not just a good thing after a late night out but should be done on a regular basis to rejuvenate body and mind. What do you prefer?
