Today I have decided ‘Enough is enough’, I must speak up now. I can not remain a silent spectator to the things around me. For long I have kept my voice suppressed, but I will not remain silent now. And you must hear me now!

The fact is that the slum residents of the country are perhaps not even considered as human beings by the governing authorities, completely forgetting the fact that these areas too, form a part of our country.
Look beyond the plush tertiary health care centres for a moment. The vast majority of patients (> 85 %) in this country do not have access – either financially or just geographically - to them, after all. India, by and large, walks into primary and secondary health care centres when they have a cold, fever, infection or pain.
How often do we find ourselves cursing the Government for unclean roads, potholes, garbage, poor infrastructure, corruption, unemployment and what not. Do we effectively raise our opinion? Do we make our voices heard?
