Well, in India you would find different kinds of food in every nook and corner of the country. it is diverse not only in terms of races and culture, but also in terms of food items prepared across the country.

Here is a small journey through the streets of India:

Chole bhature fever is seen in all of North India, especially in the capital city Delhi. Be it the streets of famous Chandni Chowk, or any other roadside, you would see vendors making and selling chole bhature instantly to people.
Chole is spicy chick peas which is combined with delicious, soft and fried bhatoora (bread made from flour).

A traditional dish of Jharkhand and Bihar, it is made of wheat and sattu in the shape of round balls which are served with chicken curry or any mixed vegetable dish.
