With their assistance Xu makes Chinese cuisine simply classic. And she claims it to be New Hong Kong cooking. Her kitchen, Yin Yang, is a three-storey building. You need to book the place five days beforehand. Although there is a mention about a deposit in her website, that would negotiable.
This place offers Asian vegetarian dishes under the supervision of an expert Yoga teacher.
