I got this gift for my boyfriend who was trying to get back into running during the winter. I looked up the best GPS watches out there and Timex (no surprise) got a great review. This is a durable gadget and so far its been easy to use which is not common for these types of watches.
I got this watch just because Tom Hiddleston (Loki in Avengers) wears his all the time. Now I can see why. Very comfortable and easy to read. GPS Tracking is awesome. It's a great watch even without Tom's endorsement. What is the Nike+ SportWatch GPS?
I absolutely love this golf GPS watch. I have used a Skycaddy and a uPro in the past and this blows them away. It is very accurate, and keeps score well(Just remember to go to the score card on each hole). The biggest plus for me is it is ALWAYS on.
The information that I gather from the watch has helped me improve my swim efficiency, increased my speed on the bike and has been helping me shave seconds off of my mileage for my long runs! You swim. You bike. You run. You obsess over data and details.
There is literally nothing else out there on the market at the price you can get this for (on sale) that does this much. I originally purchased it with the intention of using it just for hiking as well as for running, but it's EXTREMELY capable.
I got this watch for about a month now and it was like a match made in heaven. It's great as a partner in training and the watch ensures that you will be hitting your target goal.
Best watch! It's simple enough to use yet the features are many and not complicated to figure out. I love that it will sync to my iPhone so I don't have to plug it into my computer. I bought the heart rate chest strap and I love that added accessory too.
I am currently deployed in Afghanistan and have used this GPS during my combat patrols for about two weeks now. I have found that it performs perfectly. It is easily configured for MGRS, the metric system, and the compass can be set for Mils which makes calling for polar fire missions very easy.
