After the scorching heat of the summer, finally monsoons have appeared. Rains do come as a relief but also bring with them countless number of diseases! From indigestion to allergies and infections. Rains create favourable climate for the growth of bacteria and germs, thus increasing the chances of sickness. So here is a list of precautions to help you tackle any kind of monsoon related health problems.

Food from these vendors maybe tasty and people enjoy eating them, but they should be avoided in rainy season as the water that they use use to cook the food in is usually tap water which may contain large amount of germs that cause various water borne diseases.
