Wayne Elsey
Wayne was a shoe industry executive in 2004 when TV coverage of the Asian tsunami disaster moved him to try to make a difference in the world. Upon seeing the image of a single shoe washing up on a beach half way around the globe, Mr. Elsey quickly galvanized colleagues to route a quarter-million pairs of shoes to Southeast Asia. Today, Soles4Souls has distributed more than 15 million pairs of new and gently worn shoes to people in 127 countries. Wayne’s leadership experience and passion for the mission of the fast-growing charity make him an excellent speaker on topics related to engaging donors, motivating teams and aligning employee goals with organizational missions.

Robby Dawkins
Robby and his wife, Angie, married in 1992, have pastored the Vineyard Church of Aurora, IL since 1996. They feel God called them to plant in a poor urban community, and continually use “power evangelism” to gather for the church. They estimate that over 50% of current attenders have come to Christ at the Vineyard Aurora, and that almost ¾ of those have come through “power” encounters.

Alex Early
B.A., M.Div., M.A., current Doctoral Candidate at Reformed Theological Seminary. Alex was born and raised in Woodstock, Georgia. He became a Christian his sophomore year in high school. About 90 days after becoming a Christian, Jesus called Alex to preach the gospel. (Alex assumed that he would be a missionary in a foreign country). Alex finished high school (miraculously) and then went on to study at North Greenville University and pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies. It was during this time that he met Jana who would soon become his wife after graduation in 2003. Alex then went on to pursue a Master of Divinity at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He earned a specialization in Christian Thought Theology through attending Wycliffe Hall, Oxford University. During his time in Oxford, he was offered a place to study there full-time. As he began to pray about this opportunity and moving to the U.K., God led him to the London School of Theology and saw that LST would be a better fit for him as they offered a Master of Arts in Aspects of Biblical Interpretation (hermeneutics is his favorite subject). So, he and Jana sold most of their belongings and moved to London for just over a year to further his education and prepare to plant, lead and shepherd Four Corners Church.
