So whether you’re in Sin City for a weekend or have made it part of a larger road trip across America, be sure to check out some of its coolest, trendiest, and, of course, most delicious places to grab a bite.
Chef Bobby Flay’s signature Southwestern restaurant is pricey but oh-so-worth-it. The Tiger Shrimp and Roasted Garlic Corn Tamale is so good that you may just want to stay there forever.
This is a West Coast classic that shouldn’t be missed by anyone who loves biting into a big, juicy burger and diving into an endless pile of fries. Just don’t let the drool dribble onto your shirt.
If you’re looking to venture farther than the Strip, you should definitely check out the Firefly for a night of drinks and tapas. The Manchego Mac N’ Cheese, Ceviche and Shrimp and Tierra y Mar Skewers come highly recommended.
Las Vegas is known for its vast array of buffets, but this is one all-you-can-eat bar that really stands out from the rest. For about $40, you can have endless sushi, crab legs and caviar. Enough said.
In the mood for authentic Mexican food? Order the tamales this restaurant is known for (they come in four types) or go for some of the lesser-known delicacies such as the Ortega Burger or Chilaquiles.
This trendy night spot is the place to be on a Saturday night. Stop by for a dinner of contemporary Asian cuisine and innovative cocktails and then move straight into the ultra-hip nightclub.
Aside from being beautifully decorated (the interior boasts mosaic tiles, intricate light fixtures, and running fountains), the Bouchon Bistro at The Venetian offers some of the best classic French food in the city.
If you feel like venturing off the strip (and you definitely should!), make Le Thai in the downtown of Las Vegas for some yummy Thai food at a cheap price point.
If you're suddenly feeling very fancy, Joël Robuchon's two signature restaurants ( L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is the slightly less pricey, but still very fancy alternative) offer high-end tasting menus that will knock your socks off.
If you happen to stay or stop by The Venetian, be sure to try out Taqueria Cañonita. The queso fundido (melted cheese with mushrooms, jalapeños and chorizo) and gingerbread tart are out of this world.
