I've had entire years less eventful then this March. At the end of February, I was in Chicago. March started on a whirlwind Mardi Gras stopover in my old hometown of New Orleans . I celebrated my birthday in NYC. I got a new tattoo, and ate all the Guinness ice cream I could find.

Whew.. we survived another week. While this week seemed to go very fast, it was still a long one. We finished Robotics season, had lot of homework and big tests. I am really looking forward to sleeping in a little bit this weekend. It is Friday night. so you know what that means..

We're having a rainy day here today, but it's 100000000x better than another snow day. We were lucky enough to hit the zoo yesterday, so an inside day today is okay by me. Here's a rainy day activity that allows a child to feel like they're being messy, but it doesn't really create much mess for mom (or dad) to clean up when they're done.

D is for Dance! It's that time of year again. We are quickly approaching prom season. I cannot believe it's been over 15 years since I went my senior prom. I am not one of those people who consider high school to be my best time. College was way better.
