I really like what the Blue Zone Project does: it’s a public health initiative headed by Beach Cities Health District, to make life better in our local communities. Blue Zone asks local South Bay residents to think about recycling, green-living, and the impact their actions and day-to-day living has on the environment and those around them.
Every day, people ask me if I have any available listings in the Manhattan Village gated community. It’s such a popular location because of the safety, the incredible parkettes and sidewalks, and the gated surroundings.
