Hey there, I'm Susan and I just wanted to create an easy reference for my career and accomplishments!
I started my fashion career at American Eagle, and worked my way up in a variety of different management positions. Until finally I became Chief Merchandising Officer, and finally the President of the company. I worked with American Eagle for 15 years, from 1994 to 2009.
After 15 years I was looking for a new opportunity. That's when I was given the reins at Wet Seal. In 2011 I was appointed CEO of the up and coming fashion corporation.
In 2013 I formed my own company, P3 Executive Consulting LLC. Currently I provide executive consultations to retail industries all over the nation. Drawing upon my experience in the industry, and with business and marketing in general.
