One of the first things to do when getting your life in order is, "get your gut in order first".
Don't think a short term diet will do the trick, that's the fastest way to end up back where you started.
Think long term, think about the person you want to be and the things you want to achieve.
I chose paleo... Not as a diet but as a lifestyle for my future.
Paleo is more of a framework with a simple set of rules from which you modify your eating habits depending on your environment and lifestyle.
I now have a better body, fitness level and a better future ahead of me.
