My son is 8 and was in need of a room make over this summer. This is what I did!

This past week, I received a sweet comment from a reader about our youngest boys' bedroom. Now seemed like the perfect time to show all of you how I made the Hot Wheels car storage jar for the boys back in August. Since I wanted to do a tutorial, I made another one in navy.

My son need's a new room. So, this is the part where I show the before pictures, then do all the work. Hope this helps someone decide what to do and not do when painting a room.

My 2yo son's reaction to his new bigger, better bedroom. He got it because his little brother was just born and we needed his room for the nursery. Also, this new room will be bother brothers rooms when the youngest is a bit older.
