Design shouldn't be hard but somewhere along the way we became bogged down with expensive, complicated software that put design out of reach for most people. Canva is here to change that, with a tool that makes design simple for everyone.
Use existing quotes, sample fonts and backgrounds. OR even better - type in your gathered quotes and attributions and add your own pictures. Simple tools for editing images, adding filters and scrolling through the hundreds of available fonts. You do have to scroll and never know which is coming next - no search function. But still a quick tool to make quote pics for use in social media marketing.
Inkscape is a FREE, downloadable Vector Graphics Editor, similar to Adobe Illustrator, that strives to be SVG Compliant, open source, responsive and extensible.
