A good cup of coffee helps make your morning complete, so it's important to have a coffee maker that you can rely on. Choose from models maxed out with features, such as a built-in grinder or permanent filter, or opt for a basic coffee maker that does what you need without any fuss.

I've tried many coffee makers over the years and this model is by far the best I've ever owned. There are several very intuitive features that make this particular coffee maker stand apart from the rest. The description and pictures on this Amazon listing don't even begin to describe the features that make this coffee maker great, so I will describe them for you.
Let's review and compare some of the best rated single serve/1 cup coffee makers for the end of 2013 early 2014.
We'll look at the ratings and feedback for a few of the best-selling single cup coffee machines from popular brands like Hamilton Beach, Keurig (K Cup), Breville, Cuisinart, Black & Decker, and Mr Coffee.
First and foremost, this is an absolutely fantastic home espresso machine for the price. It definitely takes some practice to learn how to get the most out of and find the sweet spot (which i've learned always differs depending on the type of beans & grinder you are using). But now after 3 months and a LOT of researching/learning/practice/more practice, I am now consistently making absolutely fantastic espresso drinks.
We've used this unit at least 1-4 times a day. I particularly like the Lungo feature as I'm more of a volume drinker. Partner likes the espresso feature. Personally, I use the espresso cups for my Lungos and they're totally fine.
Features I like:
I love espresso, and this little baby makes a great cup. Here are a few points that might be useful for you to know:
Good points:
*It doesn't take up too much room on the counter and looks nice with it's silver metal accents.
*The water reservoir is a good size, you can make about 8-10 shots before you need to refill it, which is very easy to do, and there is a clear section behind the basket which shows the water level.
*Fast heat-up time (only about a minute), good frothing wand, no wait time between frothing and brewing (though you do have to wait a little between brewing and frothing).
