It's been exactly 3 years this week since I've been diagnosed with celiac disease, so I guess I consider myself a bit of a veteran when it comes to living gluten free. I thought I'd reflect a bit and offer some helpful tips to those newly diagnosed with either a gluten intolerance or celiac disease....
