Season 8 (2009). Kris Allen beat Adam Lambert to win Season 8.

Season 9 (2010). Lee DeWyze beat out Crystal Bowersox to win.

Season 7 (2008). David Cook beat out David Archuleta to win Season 7.

Season 5 (2006). Taylor Hicks was never in the bottom three as he beat out Katharine McPhee in the final week.

Season 2 (2003) Beat out Clay Aiken in the finals. The voting was a bit suspect. Has had moderate success since then.

Season 6(2007). Jordin Sparks won over Blake Lewis
