The Scope and purpose of the MoU are to declare that both the organizations will collaborate in the upcoming days,whereas the TV channel Kalvi tholaikatchi will telecast various Academic and co-curriculum shows such as educational programs, student-related programs, experts and resource person interview. Further, the Agni foundation and School Education Department of Tamil Nadu to collaborate with the Kalvi Tholaikatchi.

Garuda Aerospace focuses on the design, building and customization of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for various applications, whereas Zetatek technologies provide authorized sales and services in India.
