Here is a list of recommended children's picture books with strong rhyme and rhythm. Books like these really help children learn to read - the rhyme and rhythm make it easier for kids to memorise the book, and memorisation is an essential step on the journey to reading. Some books will be represented by reviews, others by youtube videos, so you can gain some idea of the books. Do seek the books out at your local library or book store!
