Build a separate work area

Set clear boundaries pertaining to word day, hours, and places of work. When your work day is done, hang it up and spend time with your friends, family, and loved ones (or hobbies and television).
Let neighbors know when your "do not disturb" hours are to discourage the daily "pop in" because they know you are working from home. Let them know how distractions hurt your business.
