Picture it . . . the 1970s. A young writer named Stephen King finds out you can make beer money by selling short stories to men's magazines. One such publication, Cavalier, had been around since the 1950s, publishing works by giants of fiction like Asimov, Bradbury and McDonald.
In total, Cavalier published 16 short stories by Stephen King. We present them as a series of apps which includes the original text and interactive features as well as some other gems from the Cavalier archives. We hope you enjoy reading them in this form as much as we do.
This edition includes the Stephen King story 'The Cat From Hell', a 1963 Andy Warhol Interview, an interactive map of Stephen King's Maine, and a Cavalier classic cover gallery. 'The Cat From Hell' was published in 1977. It has appeared in a number of anthologies and was adapted to film in 'Tales From The Darkside: The Movie.'
