I love chocolate. When I am low on motivation, I eat lots of chocolate to motivate my self. Chocolate holds a very special place in our hearts. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants that increase the production of endorphins while enhancing focus and concentration. Also, It triggers a release of dopamine, which elevates your heart rate and significantly increase mental positivity.
