Best Back Stretchers - Eliminate Back Pain - Decompress Back - Get 3 inches Taller

My all time best back stretcher is the Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher. This back stretching device has 3 levels of back stretching which makes it comfortable for beginners. The back stretcher follows the curvature of the spine effectively to relax the muscles and promote passive stretching. When the muscles begin to relax the spine begins to stretch.

If you have back pain this device is definitely worth using because once you align your spine and decompress the spinal discs you will feel relief from back pain such as Sciatica, bulging disc, degenerative disc disease.

The ChiSoft® Back Stretcher with Lumber Support is 2nd on my list becuase its not as good as the Lumber Extender Back Stretcher. Its much cheaper but the quality is low compared to the Lumar Extender.

The Chisoft Back Stretcher Relieves built up tension in the lower and upper back and lumbar region caused by tight muscles, excessive stretching, poor spinal alignment and unnatural posture.

The Chisoft Back Stretcher is good value for money, however I think the Lumbar Extender is better because it feels more sturdy and gives you a better stretch.

I used this and the stretch I felt on my back was not as good as the previous two. It came nowhere near the Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher.

This back stretching device is for lumbar support to the upper and low back and only has who levels while the Lumbar Extender and ChiSoft have 3 levels.

This back stretching device is good enough to self-align the spine using your own body weight. If you are very light you could add some weights near each end of the stretcher.

One thing I did like about this was that it was beautifully hand crafted.
