My experiment was unscientific and straightforward. I used to be beginning a fresh diet, as I 'd not been on a diet for quite awhile. As for exercise, for years I've generally walked of a half an hour or so, three times a week (over and above my regular tasks). As I 've no interest in becoming ‘rent’ or running a marathon, I determined walking was just great, but it would greatly raise. So my exercise level raised .
