8 Reasons Donald Trump could actually win the election

Whether you love him or you hate him, you can't deny the fact that Donald Trump is one of the candidates for the next President of the United States. Here are 10 reasons why Trump might just be your next President!

1

He is Donald Trump.

He is Donald Trump.

Name recognition is almost as important as the candidate’s message when it comes to an election. For people who don’t follow politics, they are more likely to vote for a name that they recognize. Donald Trump is a celebrity and there is no doubting that.

His supporters.

His supporters.

Very few others can boasts of a loyal herd of supporters that Trump enjoys, who seem to be showing unwavering support despite his outrageous speeches and empty political promises.

3

Experience running a business empire.

Experience running a business empire.

Trump is a business man and has created an empire over decades. At the end of the day, a government is essentially a business. Businesses need to be able to run on a budget and prioritize what is most important in order for the business to thrive. Even though he has had to file bankruptcy for some of his companies, Trump has been successful in running his business empire.

His numbers.

His numbers.

Shockingly – given his outrageous, race-baiting and even violence-tinged rhetoric – Trump is not that far behind in the horse race.

Divided Democrats and their supporters

Divided Democrats and their supporters

A lot of Bernie Sanders' supporters seem to be jumping on a whole different boat now that he's falling behing in the race. They don't seem to be realizing that a Democratic victory would be better than a Republican one, even if their "chosen one" isn't in the chair.

Media attention

Media attention

This is with reference to the media’s hunger for an audience. The closer Trump gets to the White House, the more frightening he becomes, the more desperate his enemies become – the more eyeballs are focused on smartphones and TV sets. That means more billions in “free” media for Trump.

Donald Trump can, and will, fund his own campaign

Donald Trump can, and will, fund his own campaign

Donald Trump is a multi-billionaire. There is no question that he can fund his presidential campaign and not even make a dent in the entirety of his net worth. Career politicians and others running for President are stuck fundraising millions of dollars in order to keep themselves on the campaign trail. The big factor that many of Trump’s supporters speak about when the conversation shifts to him funding his own campaign is the fact that he will not owe any favors to any groups that are looking for political collateral.

He speaks his mind.

He speaks his mind.

One thing that has become obvious is that Donald Trump is not even close to resembling a career politician when it comes to his speeches and rhetoric. Politicians have a way of talking and using lots of fancy words, yet not really saying anything meaningful at all. Typical politicians will never answer questions in a straightforward manner and this can be infuriating. In contrast Trump clearly speaks his mind and also speaks from the heart, and you can at least respect that.
