Garlic probably should have been my # 1 spice. I use it all the time. If a recipe calls for 2 cloves of garlic I double or even triple the amount. Garlic also have many health benefits.
Rosemary is a spice I have really started to enjoy in the past 4 years or so. Rosemary chicken is probably one of the most known recipes using rosemary. I enjoy baking bread and focassia using lots of rosemary.
cinnamon is a wonderful spice not only for the flavor added to many baked good but it also has many health benefits.
